Do I need special devices?
No. It works on any phone, tablet or laptop. A thermal printer is optional for the cashier
Does the Menu plan include ordering?
No. The Menu plan is for viewing only and guests order through the waiter. Table ordering is an add-on for 600 EGP a month, or choose the Menu + Orders plan
Can guests pay online?
Not yet. Guests pay at the cashier or on delivery for now, and online payment is coming
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, as a paid add-on. Every plan includes a free link like menu.obelixagency.com/your-cafe
Can I start with the menu only and add more later?
Yes. Add any module whenever you need it, without re-entering your data
My menu is printed or in Excel. Do I have to type everything?
No. Send it as a photo, PDF or Excel and we enter it. Later you can update prices for the whole menu from one Excel sheet
What happens if the internet drops?
The cashier keeps selling and syncs when the connection comes back
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, or you can pay for a year and get 2 months free
